Jam Foods and Co Angus Salpicao -004

Gourmet salpicao in the comforts of your own home. Jam Foods & Co.’s Angus Salpicao is the answer to have that easy-to-cook and fine-dining-style salpicao for you, your family, and guests, without having to leave your house.

There are times when I just want to stay home, and, I find it difficult to enjoy delicious food I can only get in restaurants. With loads of work (working in my room), I’d crave for something to reward myself with during lunch, then go back to work again.

Jam Foods’ Angus Salpicao solved that problem. It’s already marinated. I just have to fry it, and after a few minutes, it’s ready. And the taste made me feel like I was enjoying a very expensive meal. The meat is very tender and it’s so tasty. It’s garlicky to the core. I had this with rice and a sunny side up.

Beef Salpicao is a yummy spanish favorite with cubed beef sirloin or tenderloin, a lot of garlic, olive oil, spices and seasoning.

One pack (800 grams) that costs Php650 lasted for several meals with my family. It’s also perfect when there are surprise guests in the house. It’s so easy and quick to prepare. No need to have food delivered.

It’s not surprising that this is this good, because the couple behind it have been in the food service industry for years. Chef John Cu-Unjieng was the corporate chef of the Bistro Group managing the kitchens of Italianni’s, T.G.I. Friday’s, Outback Steak House, and Fish & Co. for almost three years.

His wife Michelle co-manages Hexagon Lounge, Pasta Works, and 5 Elements Juice and Dessert Bar.
